Cancellation Policy

Please do not pay for your Marriage Intensive unless you are certain you will attend. If you have any doubts or concerns about this, please discuss these with us before you pay. Once you have secured your dates, we have to turn away other couples who wanted to schedule an Intensive on the days you have reserved. Given the limited number of dates we can offer and the time-sensitive scheduling needs many couples have, we would then lose couples who are turned away. Therefore, your deposit (one half the cost of your Intensive) is non-refundable and non-transferable. The second half of your payment is transferable only and only with 7 days notice.

If you decide to end your Marriage Intensive earlier than was scheduled, you do not receive a refund on the time you chose not to use, nor are you given make-up time.

Second Payment Policy

The second half of your payment is to be paid on or before 10 days prior to your Marriage Intensive.
