Christian Marriage Counseling Retreats
When your marriage is in serious trouble, you need more than an hour with a counselor once a week; you need intense, concentrated help to move toward solutions. That’s where our marriage retreats come into play. Based out of North Carolina, our marriage retreats are designed to provide actual help in crisis situations. They take place about 25 minutes from Charlotte-Douglas International Airport and offer couples like you a chance to get away from normal life and focus on your relationship. We work with clients from all over the country and world and provide the kind of Christian marriage counseling retreat that gets to the root problems affecting your marriage. We sit down with you personally to talk about what’s happening and find solutions that will change your life together. Whether you’ve been married six months or fifty years, whether you’ve been separated a while or are contemplating divorce, a marriage retreat can be just the thing to turn around a relationship that felt like it was hopeless.
Personalized Support in a Christian Marriage Counseling Retreat
At Marriage Rescue, we work with couples facing all kinds of serious marriage issues, from infidelity to blended family concerns. Even in what are often painful situations, we have a 90 percent success rate of helping couples work toward resolution, so whatever your situation, there is hope! Let our compassionate, non-judgmental counselors be the tools to help turn your marriage around. We have three different lengths of marriage retreats, lasting for three, four or five days, depending on your needs. In every case, we work with you to identify goals for your marriage and create lasting change.
The Solution-Oriented Therapy Approach
We believe in what’s known as the solution-oriented marriage therapy. This basically means that rather than just focusing on the problems in your marriage, we help you focus on solutions. On your retreat, we ask particular questions and observe you with your spouse in order to help draw out root issues causing the pain in your marriage. Then we look for ways to address those problems to creating real change. Through the more intensive support of three to five days in counseling, you and your spouse gain the equivalent of months in counseling — as well as the results that come with it.
